Customized School Stickers FAQ
Q. Can I order stickers that are a different size or shape than the ones shown on the website?
A. Yes. The sizes and shapes shown here are ones that have proven popular with Canadian schools but we can produce many others. Contact us and tell us what you need and we'll offer some options.
Q. Will the stickers damage clothing?
A. No. The stickers are easy to remove without leaving a residue or damaging clothing.
Q. When reordering a sticker, can I change the sticker colour or the print colour?
A. Yes. There are a number of paper and print colours to choose from and there may be good reasons to change these colours from time to time.
Q. What if I am not satisfied with my stickers?
A. In the unlikely event that your stickers are not what you ordered or the quality is deficient in some way, we will replace your order at no cost.
Q. When I send an order request, do you fill my order right away?
A. No. We first review your order request for school stickers, create the artwork then send you an order confirmation. You must approve the order confirmation and artwork before we process your order.
Q. Do you need billing or credit card information when I place an order on your school stickers website.
A. No. We do not accept credit card payment. Please ensure your school address and contact information is accurate when sending your order request. An invoice will be issued only when your school stickers order is shipped.
Q. How do I pay for my order?
A. Once you have approved the artwork we will process and ship your order along with an invoice. Then you mail us a cheque.
Your school board may have special requirements and we work within your board's policies. For example, some require their schools to issue a requisition for a purchase order from the board before placing an order. In that case, please make us aware of that requirement when placing your order.
The order confirmation we send you will have all the information needed to complete the requisition. When we receive the purchase order from the board, we'll process the order, ship the stickers to your school and mail the invoice to your school board.
Q. How quickly can I get my order request fulfilled?
A. Once you have approved the order and the artwork, orders are typically delivered in 10-12 business days.
